Introduction and Objectives
To comprehensively enhance the quality of our company's daily use storage products, ensure that finished products comply with relevant national and industry standards as well as customer requirements, and establish an excellent brand image, this quality control standard is hereby formulated. This standard aims to provide clear and actionable quality inspection guidelines for all stages, including product design, raw material procurement, production processes, and finished product release, thereby achieving stability and consistency in product quality.
Quality Objectives: First-pass yield ≥ 98.5%; Customer complaint rate ≤ 0.5%.

Scope of Inspection and Responsibilities
1. Scope of Application: This standard applies to all daily use storage products manufactured in-house or outsourced by the company, including but not limited to plastic storage boxes/containers, fabric storage bags, paper storage boxes, metal racks, and multi-functional storage organizers.
2. Division of Responsibilities:
· Quality Control Department (QC): Responsible for the full implementation of this standard, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control/Outgoing Quality Control (FQC/OQC), along with recording and archiving results.
· Production Department: Responsible for operating according to established process standards, performing self-inspection and mutual inspection to ensure the quality of each production step.
· Procurement Department: Responsible for sourcing raw materials that meet standards from qualified suppliers.
· Research & Development (R&D) Department: Responsible for defining product technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
